ResolutionDtTm(DateTime): Date the Deficiency Was Resolved
ResolutionDueDtTm(String): Date To Be Resolved By
ResolutionDescription(String): Description of the resolution
SystemLookupName(String): System Involved
SubSystemLookupName(String): Sub-System Involved
ActionLookupName(String): Action Involved
SystemComponentLookupName(String): Component Involved
ActionCodeLookupName(String): Action Code Involved
