MARPOLFacilitySearchXMLString

Returns XML String:

FacilityId(int): Unique Facility Id - FK to MARPOLFacilityDetailsGet and MARPOLFacilityTypesGet
Name(String): Facility Name
City(String): Facility City
StateLookupName(string): Facility State
PortLookupName(String): Facility Port
