getIIRInvolvedPartiesXMLString

Returns:

PartyName(string): Individuals Name (Often Removed for Privacy)
CasualtyStatusLookupName(string): The Individuals Status
GenderLookupName(string): The Individuals Gender
PartyRoleLookupName(string): The Individuals Role in the Investigation
